Oracle PL/SQL Developer - Sydney - Remote after probation is complete
Your new organisation:

We are currently partnering with a data research and technical services provider who are looking to source an experienced data analyst to work on a permanent basis. The role will be onsite until probation is completed, at which point you will gain flexibility to work from home full-time.

Your new role:

The company are seeking a highly technical/back-end specialist who can generate big data to be used for data modelling in the organisation. The data is spread across Oracle databases and Hadoop/Cassandra clusters.

You will be working on complex queries within an Oracle Exadata environment and the code base is mainly Java with some legacy Python.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience using PL/SQL with Oracle
  • Production support experience
  • Java/Python skills desired
  • Great work ethic
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Full working rights within Australia, valid for a minimum of 2 years
