Your new role

• 12 month maternity leave cover

• Assist the branch manager with analysing business performance

• Maintain general ledger and subsidiary ledgers

• Preparation and assistance of monthly results

• Educate and ensure all business units' adherence to company policy

• Assist the branch manager with co-ordination, preparation and presentation of annual budgets and forecast

• Assist external and internal auditors

• Assisting Accounts Payable with invoice coding where required

• Preparation of branch monthly management reports

• Review the general ledger on a weekly basis to ensure correct capture of financial information.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong communication skills

• Good team player

• Strong reconciliation skills

• Previous manufacturing experience would be highly desirable

• Strong analytical skills

• Advanced MS Excel skills
