Your new role
- Financial Management: Assist with day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Budgeting and Reporting: Collaborate with the finance team to prepare financial reports and assist in budget management.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Support the finance department with any additional tasks as required.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience: Previous experience in finance administration or related roles.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entries.
- Time Management: Ability to manage tasks efficiently within a part-time schedule.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software.
- Relevant qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field.
