Their network spans across Consumer, Enterprise and Education divisions, and their list of brands is a carefully curated selection of market-leading manufacturers and innovators. They are now seeking a Account Manager to join their team in a full-time, permanent capacity (Sydney-based role).


Your new role

As Account Manager, you will sit within their Consumer division, and will be responsible for the Outdoor Adventure category. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing account strategies, and monitoring overall account performance.

Key duties include:

  • Manage key relationships with retailers such as JB Hi FI, Anaconda, Harvey Norman and various other customers.
  • Maintain an on-the-ground presence with their Sydney customer base, key clients and partners.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as required.
  • Identify industry trends across the marketplace/analyse competitor activity.
  • Provide strong customer service to ultimately drive, retain, and grow sales through regular interaction.


What you’ll need to succeed

Ideally, you’ll have a personal interest in the Outdoor Adventure category/ sound general knowledge of this landscape.

You’ll possess a natural skill for connecting with people and can foster enduring relationships at all levels of engagement. With a solution-focused mindset and a customer-centric approach, you will have a positive attitude and a desire to succeed and drive sales.

Please note, this role requires a current Australian driver’s licence and full working rights in Australia.
