Your new role Reporting to the Assistant Director, this role is accountable for undertaking complex work that delivers quality outcomes within the research and evaluation functions of the company. Further, you will be tasked with:
- Proactively handling internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Planning and facilitating workshops and events involving key stakeholders, including participants, families, supporters, service providers and professional bodies.
- Utilising co-design methods to enhance the development of clinical and non-clinical assessments and health surveys
- Writing clear concise reports that communicate research findings, conclusions and implications for policy and service design.
- Preparing clear and concise reports that effectively communicate research findings, conclusions, and policy/service design implications.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be experienced in stakeholder engagement within the health or disability sector, supported by:
- Experience with developing or administration of clinical assessments
- Having a background in managing large scale research programs.
- An ability to provide qualitative research experience, including with people who have disabilities.
- Australian Citizenship along with Baseline Level Security Clearance, or ability to obtain.
