A newly created division and opportunity! We are seeking an experienced professional who has a background in Not For Profit, Community, or Government within the ‘social services’ sector.
Your new role
Reporting to the Director of Strategic Change, this role is an important team leadership position and will be responsible for assisting the change management team. Further, you will be tasked with:
- Assisting in defining the future state vision and ensuring alignment with stakeholder experiences and journeys.
- Coordinating the engagement with program and organisational leaders regarding the future state vision, the case for change, and change leadership roles and capabilities.
- Providing guidance and coaching to team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes for service users.
- Supporting the management of stakeholder segments based on functional, behavioural, and attitudinal characteristics of the target audience.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be experienced in working within a Not For Profit, community, or government within the ‘social services’ sector with some type of exposure to generalist change, supported by:
- Having background knowledge in disability and scheme knowledge.
- An ability to provide quality guidance and provide advice on developing, implementing, evaluating and communicating change management requirements.
- Australian Citizenship along with Baseline Level Security Clearance, or ability to obtain.
