A leading commercial cleaning organisation is looking for a new Site Manager.

One of Australia’s leading commercial & industrial cleaning companies is looking for an experienced Site Manager.

Your new role
Reporting into the Safety & Compliance Manager, this role involves managing a large team of cleaners, ensuring the quality of work is in line with Contractual KPI's. Working hours are Mon-Fri. Working hours 8pm- 4am. Duties include:
  • Managing a team of cleaners, recruiting new members as required and rostering on staff
  • Ensure Standards around cleaning are upheld
  • Order stock as required
  • Point of contact with the end client
  • Plus more
What you'll need to succeed
  • Cleaning Supervisor experience (Highly advantageous)
  • Experiencing working in an industrial environment
  • Experiencing leading large teams
  • Strong communication skills
What you'll get in return
  • $85, 000 - $95, 000 per annum Plus super
