Your new role
The purpose of this role is to perform business and systems analysis and testing of critical administration systems and other important and complex business applications projects across the division, and to contribute to business analysis and quality assurance activities for the systems unit.

• Provide quality support services through multiple contact methods and tasks
• Provision of effective, efficient, and compliant support services in a timely and consistent manner
• Maintain strong customer focus and engagement at all times, across all customers and functions
• Maintain strong team and individual approval to the delivery of support services
• Investigate and resolve complex technical and application incidents and requests and, report findings and improvement opportunities
• Report statistical information and operational reports to management.
• Triage incidents or tickets and assign them to appropriate stakeholders.
• Provide an excellent level of customer service to customers, by providing them with appropriate support responses and friendly communication.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of client business processes and make an active contribution to the improvement of these processes through input into the development, modification, and maintenance of systems.
• Contribute to the software quality assurance and testing activities to ensure delivery of quality systems to clients.
• Contribute to business requirements analysis and preparation.
• Conduct data analysis to drive decision-making activities.
• Have effective stakeholder engagement skills and experience

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 3 years Application Support or related experience delivering analysis artefacts on high complexity ICT projects
• Experience with SQL Server Management studio and reporting tools such as Power BI
• Experience with Salesforce and Amazon Web Services
• Experience and understanding of database systems and data management processes
• Accreditation with Working with Children in Children's services
• Desirable: Qualification in Business and Technical Analysis such as CBAP or similar
• Desirable: Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment
• Desirable: Strong working and practical knowledge of Student Information Systems or similar
