Business Analyst

6 month initial contract, case management transformation, government, daily rate, WFH/ hybrid.

Your new company

Join a reputable government organisation undergoing a digital transformation program, moving from manual processes to a more streamlined and customised digital system. This covers case management and digital files / forms. This is an initial 6-month contract with high view for extension as this is a phased, greenfield program.

Your new role

This is the beginning stages of the program from initiation and discovery phase, as they scope out the requirements in preparation for the design phase.
The ideal candidate will be part of detailed planning and elicitation, gap analysis and process requirements, and working with team members benefit and outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within government and justice agency sectors
  • Experience with case management / digital file projects highly regarded
  • Experience in digital transformation programs, moving from manual to digital processes and systems.
  • Able to go on site 3-4 days per week in Parramatta and CBD.
