Business Analyst

Our state government client is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join their team.

Your new company

Our state government client based in Perth’s western suburbs is seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join their team for a temporary contract of 3 months. This would require someone to be available on a full-time basis for 37.5 hours of the week.

Your new role

As a Lead Business Analyst your responsibilities would include:
  • Participate in the creation and development of roadmaps
  • Conduct and participate in events, meetings, and workshops with key stakeholders
  • Undertake high level research and complex analysis of trends both current and emerging
  • Provide relevant guidance for business process reviews and initiative planning
  • Assist and work with stakeholders to execute proposals
  • Analyse and review complex business problems and consult key stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience in a similar role will be essential, as will:
  • Updated national police clearance within 6 months
  • Extensive business analyst experience for a medium to large complex organisation
  • Experience applying strategic business analysis techniques
  • Experience reviewing project/ program performance and implementing improvement practices
  • Well demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly analytical and conceptual skills
