A leading provider of maintenance services with a number of large contracts is looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to assist during this busy period. The role is Mon- Fri Standard hours based in the office every day in Alexandria

What you'll need to succeed

• Interacting with clients to understand their maintenance needs, scheduling service appointments, and providing updates on service requests

• Coordinating service technicians’ schedules, ensuring timely dispatch to client locations, and optimising resource allocation

• Maintaining accurate records of service requests, work orders, and technician assignments

• Addressing any issues or delays in service delivery, collaborating with technicians to resolve challenges, and ensuring client satisfaction

• Monitoring service quality, following up with clients after service completion, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement

• $38- $40 p/h + Super
