Your new role
This 6-month contract position as a Project Coordinator for the Sustainable Printing Services initiative will have you at the forefront of a significant technological upgrade. You will be responsible for the seamless transition of multi-function print devices across various locations, ensuring minimal disruption to our academic environment. The key outcomes for this project are as follows:

  • Maintain and execute a detailed deployment schedule for over 275 printer devices across multiple campuses and sites.
  • Adapt project scope and timelines to ensure optimal results and adherence to standards.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the institution and external suppliers, fostering strong partnerships and effective communication.
  • Establish and monitor a robust project management plan, including risk assessment and milestone achievements.

What you'll need to succeed

  • At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, particularly with on-site responsibilities and managing external suppliers.

  • A strong track record of team coordination and stakeholder management within a large IT framework.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to present information effectively.

  • A deep understanding of printing services and technology.

  • Experience within the Higher Education sector is highly regarded.

  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and professional certifications like PMP.
