A market leading, national organisation have a unique opportunity for a Project Systems Analyst to join their team based in Brisbane to play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimising their Project Management System.

Your new role

The Project Systems Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day administration and management of their Project Management System, Microsoft Project Server. This includes data collection, analysis, and ensuring seamless integration with other corporate platforms. As the primary point of contact for system-related enquiries, you will provide efficient support to system users across the organisation. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you will configure system functions and workflows to align with their project management framework.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a strong ability to use a variety of technical applications together with excellent knowledge of Excel (Data Validation, Creating Dashboards, VBA and Macros, Power Queries, Pivot Tables, Charting, V-Look Ups). As well as experience with SAP and Power BI.

Successful candidates also must hold Australian Citizenship and have the ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance.
