Opportunities exist in our CBD and Parramatta offices, together with a variety of other suburban locations in Metropolitan Sydney. $90K base + super + uncapped commission

What you'll need to succeed

As a manager in recruitment, you’ll know that you've got what it takes because you are:

  • Highly motivated and sales driven with extensive specialist recruitment experience
  • Accomplished and passionate people leader, with a proven track record
  • Have demonstrated success in accelerating careers, including skills development, coaching and performance management
  • Committed and confident inbuilding partnerships with customers
  • Highly networked, industry expert with exceptional relationship management skills
  • Ambitiousto think beyond to achieve improved solutions internally and externally
  • Adaptable and agile, able to constantly seek new opportunities in the market
