Your new role

Are you wanting to kick-start your career in People & Culture? NAB are looking for a superstar to immerse themselves in the world of Colleague Services. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and accurate advice to colleagues in relation to People & Culture (P&C) processes and policies via inbound/outbound calls or cases.
  • Taking 2.5 hours of calls per day, and responding to online requests for the remainder of the day whilst adhering to SLA's.
  • Outbound calling where any clarification is required from NAB colleagues.
  • Promoting self-service through Knowledge Articles in the ServiceNow portal.
  • Responding to generalist HR enquires from NAB staff.
  • Types of queries will predominantly include payroll, contracts and ER's.
This role will start on the 13th May and will end 12th July. You will be required to work from Monday to Friday, business hours 37.5 hours per week. You will be based at 395 Bourke Street, work from the office twice per week, and will be paid $36.60 ph + super.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A background in a call centre environment would be preferable.
  • Qualification or practical experience in HR.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
