Multiple Customer Service Consultant positions are now available working for a large, well-known organisation to join their rapidly growing team. You will be required to work full-time hours between 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday and some Saturdays. The location is Melbourne CBD and there is the option to move into a hybrid working arrangement post training period.
Your new role
This role of Customer Service Consultant will be to provide a range of professional and efficient customer services to support both internal and external stakeholders of the business. Duties will include:
- First point of contact via phone, email, etc.
- Process inbound transactions via phone, email and any other means
- Conduct outbound calls to customers and other stakeholders
- Provide sound advice and information on customer matters
- Other Ad-hoc duties as required

- Strong ability to navigate and use computer systems effectively
