Your new company
You will work within a large financial service organisation to effectively deliver on test strategies and plan to drive the Enterprise Delivery Practice program of work in line with the QA Framework and BAT Framework. The role provides quality & test advocacy, resource planning & management, resolution of issues that impede the testing effort and test case creation, test execution and reporting artefacts.
Your new role
You will be responsible for leading functional and non-functional testing, test environment co-ordination supported by environment manager as applicable, testing tooling, resourcing and test automation approaches for a program. This includes the development and execution of Test Strategies.
You will supervise, direct and co-ordinate the activities of Engineering Test Leads, DET Test Managers/Leads and BAT Test Leads. Where required, you may also be responsible for developing Test Plans, preparing test cases and data, and participate in test execution.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 2 years Financial Service (Banking/Insurance) Industry experience.
2- 6 years of previous Test Management/Coordination experience in large scale project settings.
2 + years working in an Agile environment.
Needs to have strong coordination / task master experience
Experience working closely with technology teams with the ability to understand technical concepts
Strong time management, communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
What you'll get in return
