Treatment Sales Coordinator
Locations: Kotara or Tuggerah
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 base plus Super and Commission (pending experience)
Contract: Fulltime, permanent in office

Your new role

The Treatment Coordinator is a customer service and sales role and an integral part of this organisation. HAYS is seeking sales-driven candidates to join this organisation. Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Patient Consultations: Conduct consultations to understand patient needs for dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, and solutions. Manage follow-up processes for potential patients.
  • Treatment Planning: Collaborate with the dental team to create personalised treatment plans.
  • Educating Patients: Explain treatment options, benefits, and financial considerations to patients.
  • Sales and Support: Communicate the value of services, promote treatment acceptance, coordinate financial arrangements, and follow up unconverted consults.
  • Customer Experience: Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns or questions.
  • Patient Finance Management: Assist patients with finance options and accessing superannuation for dental treatment.
  • Patient Enquiries: Respond to and assist patients with enquiries during their treatment.
  • Marketing: Support marketing initiatives and organisational development activities.
  • Outbound Sales: Qualify and close warm leads from marketing and media campaigns.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven previous sales, customer service and administration experience, or similar is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, able to discuss treatment plans and costs with a range of stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy, able to hit the ground running using new programs and software.
