Your new role
This premier mining company is currently seeking the services of an experienced Client-Side Construction Supervisor to join a multimillion-dollar bulk earthworks project.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in field leadership activities and overseeing contractors and subcontractors on a daily basis
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality, and budget constraints
- Maintaining high operational standards and effective communication within the team
- Regular reporting and meetings, providing insights into daily accomplishments and any challenges in order to achieve business objectives
