Our client is amongst the world’s top producers of major commodities, including iron ore, metallurgical coal, copper and uranium. They extract and process minerals, oil and gas from its production operations located primarily in Australia and the Americas.

Your new role

This premier mining company is currently seeking the services of an experienced Client-Side Construction Supervisor to join a multimillion-dollar bulk earthworks project.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Participating in field leadership activities and overseeing contractors and subcontractors on a daily basis
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality, and budget constraints
  • Maintaining high operational standards and effective communication within the team
  • Regular reporting and meetings, providing insights into daily accomplishments and any challenges in order to achieve business objectives

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for the job, you will have:
  • You will have significant experience working in an onsite supervisory role on large-scale construction projects
  • Have worked client side on mine sites or construction projects
  • Experience with Civil and Piping works is highly regarded
  • Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills
  • SAP knowledge and strong reporting skills
