• Focusing on renewals and managing your own portfolio of brokers
• Attending events to grow and develop new business opportunities
• Handling complex broker's queries across a range of issues to ensure acceptable outcomes
• Building good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to a high professional standard
• Adhering to high Quality Assurance standards and making sure these are maintained

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 2 years experience within Financial Lines Underwriting, broking or claims
• A working knowledge of renewals process or be motivated to learn
• A strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency would be ideal but WHV's may be considered.
