Your new role

• Welcoming and assisting all residents and visitors with site access and room keys
• Managing the front reception desk and retail kiosk as required
• Coordinating flights and accommodation for employees, contractors and labour hire
• Data Entry and compiling reports for various stakeholders
• Logging and assisting with maintenance requests
• Preparing daily housekeeping runs
• Managing company emails and phone lines
• Assisting senior staff with adhoc administration duties

What you'll need to succeed

• FIFO Site Administration experience on camp or mine site
• Advanced computer skills and proficient in all Microsoft Office Suites
• Experience using INX or a similar accommodation management system
• Exceptional organisation and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Reside in WA and able to fly out from Perth Airport
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and regular drug and alcohol screening
• Obtain a national police clearance
