Hays has partnered with some of Western Australia’s leading Mining and Facilities Management companies, and we are seeking experienced FIFO camp or mine site administrators to join the Hays team to assist our clients with relief and ongoing covers.
This position will entail working at a variety of different remote sites and camps flying out from Perth, WA.
Your new role
- Welcoming and assisting all residents and visitors with site access and room keys
- Managing the front reception desk and retail kiosk as required
- Coordinating flights and accommodation for employees, contractors and labour hire
- Data Entry and compiling reports for various stakeholders
- Logging and assisting with maintenance requests
- Preparing daily housekeeping runs
- Managing company emails and phone lines
- Assisting senior staff with adhoc administration duties
What you'll need to succeed
- FIFO Site Administration experience on camp or mine site
- Advanced computer skills and proficient in all Microsoft Office Suites
- Experience using INX or a similar accommodation management system
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reside in WA and able to fly out from Perth Airport
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and regular drug and alcohol screening
- Obtain a national police clearance
