As a Client Coordinator, your role is pivotal in ensuring a positive and efficient experience for clients.
You will be required to carry out the following tasks:
Organise and attend client meetings, including preparing and distributing board packs and taking minutes.
Coordinate meetings with stakeholders, including State and Federal Ministerial offices, ensuring timely documentation.
Issue stakeholder correspondence to keep everyone informed.
Participate in weekly Work In Progress (WIP) meetings, contributing to team updates and actions.
Collaborate with internal departments to provide timely solutions to client requests.
Coordinate client accounts alongside our clients’ bookkeeper.
Assist in desk-top research to inform client policy positions, communication activities, or campaigns.
Update social media with relevant information as required.
Manage the Director’s diary and travel arrangements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Content Management systems, video conferencing, social media applications and workflow packages.
Able to work under pressure and prioritise.
Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude.
Experienced administrator or an emerging policy or communications practitioner
2+ years of experience in client relationship management or a related field.
This role can be delivered flexibly by the right candidate. Salary will be negotiated based on experience and skills.
