Your new role
As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for call resolution and exceeding customer expectations for their car loan and insurance needs.
Providing excellent customer service and managing inbound calls and queries
Operating phone calls professionally, transferring calls where needed
Assisting in providing reporting to Management when required
Resolving customer issues on first call resolution
What you'll need to succeed
Experience managing and responding to customer complaints
Proven experience being self-motivated and results-driven with an ability to show initiative
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with difficult customers and build relationships at all levels
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate experience in the Microsoft suite of products
Previous or current Customer Service/ Collections experience/ Insurance is advantageous
