Marketing Coordinator

A full-time Marketing Coordinator opportunity to work with a leading local Developer!

Your new role

As Marketing Coordinator for Land Development, you will work closely with the sales and marketing team to deliver effective marketing programs and manage the land and unit sales across the business' portfolio. Your day-to-day tasks will include, but not limited to, the following tasks;

  • Day-to-Day Marketing Tasks: Managing land and unit sales across the business, handling day-to-day marketing activities.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to deliver effective marketing programs.

  • Attention to Detail: Possess an excellent eye for detail to ensure accuracy and quality.

  • Strong Writing Skills: Craft compelling content for marketing materials.

  • Stakeholder Relationship-Building: Develop solid relationships with internal and external clients.

  • Proactive Attitude: Be ready to assist and contribute to the team’s success.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills: You’ll be communicating with customers, the public, and tenants to build strong relationships - both internally and externally.
  • Team Player: Demonstrate teamwork skills within your direct team and other entities of the group. Show equal respect to colleagues and foster positive internal and external relationships.
  • Delivery of Service: Ensure high-quality and responsive service delivery to the public, tenants, contractors, and stakeholders. Regular feedback to stakeholders ensures excellence.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with care.
  • Organisational and Time Management Skills: Efficiently complete administration tasks, including coding invoices and filing, to maintain accurate financial records.
Essential Criteria;
  • 2 years in a marketing role across any industry.
  • A positive, professional mindset and ability for innovative thinking
