Your new role
Working as an Emergency Assistance Specialist you will be;
- Keeping claimants informed of ongoing updates on their claim
- Liaising with emergency services to ensure claimants are assisted to the highest quality service
- Managing invoices on behalf of claimants
- Escalating complex claims to management
- Liaising with counterparts in the US
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have;
- Prior experience working in claims or travel insurance client servicing
- Knowledge on GICOP requirements
- Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and be part of a team
- Relevant tertiary qualifications such as Linguistics will be highly regarded
