Your new role

• Keeping claimants informed of ongoing updates on their claim
• Liaising with emergency services to ensure claimants are assisted to the highest quality service
• Managing invoices on behalf of claimants
• Escalating complex claims to management
• Liaising with counterparts in the US

What you'll need to succeed

• Prior experience working in claims or travel insurance client servicing
• Knowledge on GICOP requirements
• Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and be part of a team
• Relevant tertiary qualifications such as Linguistics will be highly regarded
