Corporate Concierge

A Leading Global Provider is searching for a Corporate Concierge for a number of weeks

Based in Darling Harbour, a leading service provider is looking for an experienced Concierge to join the Facilities Team. This role will be Mon-Fri, 9:30am- 6pm. Role will most likely go for 4/5 weeks. Duties include:

- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees
- Assist with check-in procedures, including security protocols
- Provide information about the organisation, facilities, and services available
- Handle mail distribution, courier services, and package deliveries
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and conference facilities
-Assist the Facilities Management with the day-to-day operation

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous Experience working in a corporate environment

  • Great communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

What you'll get in return

$35- $38 p/h + Super
