Your new role

As a customer service officer, you will be the first point of contact for our current and prospective students. You will be answering their enquiries on the phone and digitally, providing information, helping students navigate their studying journey and make informed decisions about their course selection. You will also resolve any day-to-day issues with current cohorts.

You will also:

  • Provide guidance and support
  • Process enrolments, payments, refunds, and transfers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student data and transactions
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service standards and procedures
  • Process enrolments, payments, refunds, and transfers
  • Collaborate with a team and work independently
