Your new role

As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for call resolution and exceeding customer expectations for their car loan and insurance needs.

  • Providing excellent customer service and managing inbound calls and queries
  • Operating phone calls professionally, transferring calls where needed
  • Assisting in providing reporting to Management when required
  • Rotating roster between the office hours of 8.00am – 7:00pm Monday to Friday
  • Resolving customer issues on first call resolution


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience managing and responding to customer complaints
  • Proven experience being self-motivated and results-driven with an ability to show initiative
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with difficult customers and build relationships at all levels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate experience in the Microsoft suite of products
  • Previous or current Customer Service/ Collections experience/ Insurance is advantageous
