Hays is partnered with Australian and Global Market Leaders within the Soft Services Industry.

These are ongoing Chef opportunities on multiple rosters from Darwin on several remote sites.

Your new role

These sites currently have a range of 30-250 pax on camp to be catered for.

Depending on the site, they may require: one chef and one kitchen hand required to work during the night shift or during the day shift, two chefs and one kitchen hand will be on duty.

As it is a casual position, swings and shifts may vary.

What you'll need to succeed

Successful candidates will have the below:

• Have achieved a Certificate III or Certificate IV in commercial cookery
• Have Bulk cooking experience
• Mine site experience desirable
• Be able to pass a medical exam and drug and alcohol screening
• Attain a nationally recognised police check
• Based in Darwin
• Own chef's uniform, knives, and steel-capped boots
