Your new company

Community Safety Advocates are needed for Perth's Eastern Metropolitan Region by a highly reputable local council.

Community Safety Advocates will work within a 24-hour - 7-day-a-week rotational roster, which may include attending to after-hours call-outs as and when required.

Your new role

Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Providing high-quality services in line with the City's policies and procedures
• Responding to customer requests to maintain the upkeep of the City
• Data Management and the use of words and other technologies
• Issue caution and infringement notices
• Liaising with other City personnel
• Plan & schedule proactive inspections and surveillance of community infrastructure assets

What you'll need to succeed

• C-Class driving Licence
• National Police Check
• First Aid Certificate
• Experience in Customer Advocacy role
• Experience working with local government is highly desirable.
• ROC 1 & 2 desirable
