Your new role
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and support. You’ll assist with personal finance solutions, promote banking products, and contribute to the overall success of the Customer Division.
- Building long-term customer relationships and identifying financial needs
- Promoting banking products and referring specialist enquiries
- Managing daily transactions and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting branch operations and contributing to team success
- Representing the organisation’s values and commitment to ethical banking
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in customer service, financial services is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Confidence using technology and banking systems
- Ability to work a rotating roster (7am-7pm Monday to Friday) & 1 Saturday per week (9am-5pm from home, penalty rates apply)
