This large Federal Government organisation delivers critical digital and cyber capabilities supporting national services. You will join a high-performing team responsible for maintaining and enhancing enterprise identity and access management (IAM) solutions in a complex, secure environment.

Your new role
As a Senior OneID BAU Developer, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the One Identity Manager platform. You will operate across both BAU support and project-related activities, supporting enhancements and the transition of new capabilities into production.

• Supporting BAU operations including Level 1 and Level 2 incident resolution
• Maintaining and optimising RBAC models and access controls
• Enhancing IAM workflows, automation, and user experience
• Integrating with Active Directory and Entra ID environments
• Implementing platform upgrades, patches, and system improvements
• Troubleshooting provisioning, reconciliation, and performance issues
• Supporting project delivery and transition into BAU operations
• Developing custom scripts, modules, and One Identity configurations

What you'll need to succeed

• Mandatory NV1 security clearance
• Strong experience with One Identity Manager (architecture, configuration, lifecycle management)
• Proven IAM / IGA development and integration experience
• Experience integrating enterprise systems (e.g. HR, AD, Entra ID, Exchange)
• Knowledge of IAM governance, compliance, and security frameworks (ISM, PSPF, Essential Eight)
• Ability to design, build, test, and deploy enhancements in an enterprise environment
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience mentoring team members and contributing to knowledge sharing
