Your New Company

Your New Role
You will be responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing strategic policy initiatives, including contributing to reform programs and projects
  • Analysing data, evidence and information to inform policy development and support decision-making
  • Preparing high-quality policy documents, including briefing papers, reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Interpreting and applying relevant legislation and policy frameworks to ensure compliance and best practice outcomes
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to support policy design, delivery and continuous improvement

What You Will Need to Succeed
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering strategic policy, including contributing to reform initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and information to inform policy outcomes
  • Experience preparing high-quality written materials, including briefs, reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Sound understanding of legislative frameworks and the ability to apply these in a policy context
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and work with limited direction

The Logistics
  • Contract until 31st December 2026, with view of extension or permanency.
  • Hybrid working arrangement.
  • Hourly rate of $60.26 + super.
