An exciting opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading contractor specialising in commercial fit out across a host different sectors. Throughout the last 10 years they have built a solid reputation within the market as a key player in projects up to $10M across educational, hospitality, health, institutional and commercial.
A challenging role has now arisen within the team for an experienced Project Manager to join this team and help share the workload. You will be in complete control of all projects (up to 5 at any one time) with the assistance of a Site Foreman on site. As you have full control and responsibility for the projects you must have relevant experience in this sector.
We are looking for someone who has experience within the commercial sector on projects up to $10M. You will have experience in running projects from inception to handover, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to be a strong negotiator. Communication skills both written and oral are of the upmost importance and the ability to manager all contractual issues with contractors and clients alike.
